About Us

Le théâtre a charge de représenter les mouvements de l'âme, de l'esprit, du monde, de l'histoire.

At its core, MDE40 WIPSEE believes in solidarity without borders, education without barriers, and change that starts with one person daring to speak up.

ETE FAROS Ltd.

It started in 1998, in a world just beginning to understand how technology could reshape education. PCX Computers & Information Systems Ltd. emerged in Larnaca, Cyprus.

Fast forward to 2023, and PCX became ETE FAROS LTD, a name that reflects exactly what it stands for today: Entrepreneurship, Technology, and Education.

As the developer of the FADO Web Platform, FAROS is creating a secure, multilingual, interactive space where survivors of gender-based violence can access resources, connect with a community, and take control of their future. The company’s expertise in LMS (Learning Management Systems), e-learning development, and customized ICT solutions ensures that this platform isn’t just functional—it’s transformative.

Beyond FADO, FAROS is a certified VET Training Centre, providing vocational education for SMEs, young professionals, and adult learners. Whether it’s ERP and CRM systems for businesses, entrepreneurship consulting, or advanced training in digital skills, FAROS is deeply involved in reshaping how technology is used for education, empowerment, and sustainable growth. With a team of 10 specialized experts, and strong collaborations with educational institutions and EU-funded projects, FAROS is a leader in the digital revolution.

With FADO, this means one thing: technology in service of the people who need it most. Because a platform isn’t just code and design—it’s a place where someone finds help, where someone learns, where someone starts over. That’s what FAROS is building.

UG Dah Teatar

Some performances are meant to entertain. Others are meant to shake people awake. Dah Teatar, based in Belgrade, Serbia, belongs to the second category.

In 1991, as Yugoslavia teetered on the brink of war, two directors in Belgrade made a choice: to confront the coming darkness with creation. Dijana Milošević and Jadranka Anđelić founded Dah Teatar, a company committed to using theatre as a form of resistance and healing.

Over the decades, Dah Teatar has remained steadfast, blending theatre, dance, and visual arts to craft performances that challenge oppression and champion human rights. Their work isn’t confined to the stage; it spills into the streets, engaging communities in dialogues about justice and resilience.

For survivors of gender-based violence, words often fail. Fear keeps them in check. Shame keeps them quiet. Dah Teatar knows this well. Their approach? Socially engaged theater, where the act of speaking is itself an act of rebellion.

In Serbia, they will host an intensive theatre workshop, bringing together survivors, facilitators, and artists. Theatre has been a tool for survival, for resistance, for truth-telling. Dah Teatar is making sure it stays that way.

Associazione N.E.T. (Networking, Education & Training)

Some organizations don’t just talk about inclusion—they make it happen. N.E.T., an Italian non-profit based in Ponte San Nicolò, is one of them.

Founded in 2001 by experts in training and education, N.E.T. has spent decades working with society’s most vulnerable—victims of gender-based violence, the elderly, people with disabilities, long-term unemployed individuals, migrants, and youth. Their goal? To create paths to dignity, self-sufficiency, and belonging.

Through their long-standing partnerships with public institutions, universities, and social organizations, N.E.T. ensures that the FADO approach extends beyond the project’s lifetime, embedding itself in policy discussions, educational curricula, and grassroots movements.

Beyond its national efforts, N.E.T. has deep European collaborations, particularly in the fields of fair finance, cooperative economies, and community-driven initiatives. As a member of networks like MAG Verona and the I CARE Network, the association has been instrumental in shaping policies around fair entrepreneurship, sustainability, and social justice.

MetaArte Associazione Arte e Cultura

In the heart of Padua, Italy, MetaArte Associazione Arte e Cultura isn’t just performing art; they’re weaving it into the fabric of everyday life.

Specializing in Third Theatre, Research Theatre, and Community Theatre, MetaArte believes that theatre should be as dynamic and diverse as the communities it serves. Their work ranges from experimental performances to integrated community projects, all designed to make art accessible and transformative for everyone.

Within the FADO project, MetaArte will lead workshops and performances that help survivors of gender-based violence find their voices and share their stories.

By integrating their expertise in community engagement and innovative theatre practices, MetaArte ensures that these narratives reach a greater audience and resonate deeply, encouraging understanding and solidarity.

Through their involvement in FADO, MetaArte continues to demonstrate that theatre isn’t confined to stages and scripts; it’s a living, breathing force for social transformation and personal resilience.

Asociación Bienestar y Desarrollo (ABD)

Founded in the 1980s amidst the challenges of widespread drug use and the AIDS pandemic in Barcelona, the Asociación Bienestar y Desarrollo (ABD) has dedicated over forty years to defending the rights of individuals in socially fragile situations.

Emerging from a collective of professionals and volunteers, ABD has expanded its reach across Andalusia, the Balearic Islands, Catalonia, and Madrid, addressing a spectrum of social issues with unwavering commitment.

ABD began in the chaos of the 1980s, when addiction and the AIDS crisis gripped Barcelona. It wasn’t just an organization then—it was a lifeline. Over the years, it grew, adapting to meet the needs of those society overlooked. Today, it works across Spain, tackling everything from drug harm reduction to family support, gender violence prevention, and migrant integration. Their Energy Control program helps keep nightlife safe. Their Preinfant initiative walks alongside young mothers who need a second chance. Their work with survivors of domestic violence is more than just support—it’s about helping individuals to reclaim their futures.

With over 100 programs and 125,000 people helped each year, ABD doesn’t just talk about social change. It builds it, one person at a time.
